Illinois Video Gaming

The Illinois Video Gaming Act was enacted on July 13, 2009, legalizing the use of video game terminals in authorized and licensed establishments, including, taverns, restaurants with liquor licenses, truck stops, fraternal organizations and veteran organizations. The Illinois Video Gaming Act is a brand new potential revenue stream for eligible establishments, suppliers, terminal operators, manufacturers and distributors. However, this industry will be heavily regulated and require comprehensive and sometimes complex license application procedures. While the Act has not gone into effect yet (Game Terminals not permitted in Illinois establishments as of yet) the Law Office of Nir Basse will be ready on Day 1 to assist eligible establishments and terminal operators to secure the necessary licensing and begin benefiting from the Video Gaming Act. Don’t lose time and money by not being ready on Day 1.
